5-0 out of 5 stars Unusual, but great song
After Hey Ya! and The Way You Move, I couldn't wait to see Outkast's next video. When I saw the video Roses premiered on TV, I thought "Why Roses?". I heard the song before, and I thought it was okay, but when the song grew on radio audiences, the song grew on me too. Outkast has certainly come a LONG way since their Southernplayalistic days, because Roses is one of the most creative songs I've ever heard. The beat is a rap beat, SORT OF, with all sorts funky background noises. Dre, uh, I mean Andre 3000 sings in his trademark off-key voice known so well in songs like "The Whole World", and of course, "Hey Ya!", and the lyrics are clever as well. The chorus will get you singin' along and Big Boi drops a hot rap verse near the end too. Overall a very cool song, with a video that will make you laugh time and time again.

5-0 out of 5 stars funky, unusual, brilliant. a musical genius!

5-0 out of 5 stars SLEPT ON CLASSIC
ANOTHER 5 MIC CLASSIC FROM ONE OF TOP 5 ARTISTS OF ALL TIME....GET THIS ALBUM IMMEDIATELY IF YOU DONT HAVE IT..EVERY SONG TO ME IS STRONG..

5-0 out of 5 stars Aggressive but controlled lyrics over southern-fried funk.
Mr. Scarface comes off hard on this album, bringing together the violent braggadocio of songs like, "Coming Agg" with the heartfelt soul-searching of "Now I Feel Ya", with "Dying Wth Your Boots On" a surprisingly insightful combination of the two. Tracks like "Let Me Roll" and "Funky Lil Nigga" provide fun interludes to the more serious ones, and, if "Mr Scarface: Part III The Final Chapter" is, as he claims, "Some old-school Scarface freestyling", Mr. Jordan appears ready to battle any of New York's finest, bringing together three tales into one mess of joyous, wit-filled fun. While certainly not for the young _or_ faint of heart, "The World Is Yours" is a classic album, arguably the strongest product to come out of Rap-A-Lot records.
P.S. One bonus that comes of purchasing this album on CD is the ability to skip the woefully misguided efforts that are "I Need A Favor" and "Strickly For The Funk Lovers". On tape, these _lengthy_ tracks just grate on the nerves. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars TOO $HORT, BACK FROM THE DEAD...
For any fan of hardcore rap, this is the album to buy. Next to Life is...and Shorty the Pimp, this album was the very best of Too Short's career. I was an obsessed Too Short fan in the late 80's and early 90's, and after his second nationwide album (Life Is...) many rumors were being spread around that Too $hort was dead. I personally heard that he died from an overdose. Many believed that Too $hort faked his demise after catching heat over the lyrics in Cusswords referring to first lady Nancy Regan, and that Short had become Ron C, a rapper out of Texas who sounded much like the Oakland Pimp. But any true Short fan could tell that Ron C was NOT the same artist as the legendary self-made platinum king, Short Dog. So when Too $hort came out in 1990 with the album Short Dog's in the House, it was a big relief for us fooled by the rumors of his death. Short even speaks out on the rumors in one of my personal faves of this album, "Dead or Alive." One of the things I loved about the OLD Too Short is the length of his songs, he would rap for 8, 9 or 10 straight minutes, rarely repeating himself, his motto "Don't Stop Rappin'" was true. And the beats...the music was so great. And he also made albums double sided...a cleaner side and a dirty side.
Song review:
1. "Short Dog's in the House"-a funky song, a homage to all of the cities that Short had rocked over the years...he even mentioned my own home town which was always cool to me.
2. "It's Your Life"-a song featured in BOYS N THE HOOD, a powerful bass kick, a preaching song about taking the right path in life.
3. "The Ghetto"-a great single, Short at his positive best, the greatest storyteller of inner city life and struggle. An R & B classic for hip hop.
4. "Short But Funky"-written by an old Oaktown rival Dangerous Dame, this song was just smooth, great flowing lyrics, and rated PG for the kids to play when their mom's around.
5. "In the Oaktown"-Some very clever lyrics, as all the songs on this LP.
6. "Dead or Alive"-Clever, awesome beat, never ends, Too Short is back from the dead!
7. "Punk B***h"-the dirty raps begin, the pimp comes out!
8. "Ain't Nuthin' But a Word to Me"-Duet with the very best rapper in the biz, Ice Cube. Classic hip hop duet, do not miss.
9. "Hard on the Blvd."-One of the hardest, roughest, coolest songs Short has ever done. This is something to ride to.
10. "Pimpology"-Classic Short Dog at his pimpin' best, funny.
11. "Paula & Janet"-the trademark song, as nasty as it gets.
12. "Rap Like Me"-Like an old Jazz man spitting knowledge to the crowd in a dark lounge...Too Short tells us he's the king of slow rap.

I highly recommend this album to any new or Old Too Short fan. I personally feel his new work is lacking the creativity, cleverness and skill that his early work had. He started sounding the same, writing lyrics that were pure smut and predictiable, and had too many guest apperances. After Cocktales, it was a slow death for my love of Too SHort. But I still remember the old days. He deserves respect, to still be on top without any radioplay or exposure on MTV. Buy this record and listen to a real legend on the mic at his best. Also, check out Born to Mack, Life is..., Shorty the Pimp and Get in Where you fit in.

5-0 out of 5 stars THE MOST HONEST REVIEW.
this define nasty, harcore funk. if you on this page, you like short. cocktails wasn't the best. get in where you fit in not the best. check it out-this is the best short dog-EVER!
not born to mack, well maybe that was tight too. you need to check this out dough homeboi. if you need to know which short cd's are the best, short dogs, born to mack, life is too short, i liked cocktails, too. those the best ones, shawty. but if you really like too short, do that nigga a favor, and don't buy none of his new shit. it give me a headache to hear my boi talk like so. and if you really a rap fan, you bumped too short, i don't give a d*** what you saypartner, PEACE.

2-0 out of 5 stars Short Dog Should Leave The House
Nowadays it's easy to see that Snoop Dog stole his sound and persona from Short Dog. like Snoop, Too Short's tepid beats and predictable rhymes are uninspiring and limp. Fans of hard core rap will be bored, though fans of funk influenced hip hoppers like Snoop Dogg and Luscious Jackson will doubtless be impressed. Short is a bit like a Tone Loc without the wit. I admit that the Ice Cube duet 'Ain't Nothing But A Word To Me ' is amusing but that ain't enough to recommend the album. Skip it.

5-0 out of 5 stars This is Too $hort's number one album, out of all of them.
This is definitely my favorite Too Scheezy album. It is absolutely perfect; nothing on it needs to be changed. The beats are bumpin', the lyrics are hilarious, and the bass lines are thick. If you only buy one more album in your life, get this one. It includes some of the most sexist songs ever made (a good thing), including "Punk B!@#$" and "Ain't Nuthin' But A Word", with Ice Cube. It also has some songs that deal with racial and social issues such as "It's Your Life" and "The Ghetto". Last but not least, it has the song for every pimp, player, baller, grinda, and mack: "Pimpology." This album has something for every rap fan to enjoy, and if you're a true Short Dog fan, you'll love every song on it.

5-0 out of 5 stars #1 Funk in da trunk
Together with Shorty the pimp, Short dog's in the house is Too Short's best work. Funky music with x-rated raps. With this album Too Short consolidated his funky sound which already became evident on his Life's...Too Short album. One track on this CD will probably be Short's greatest hit, The Ghetto, it's a remake of a classic soul song. If you're seriously into rap you need this album in your collection. It's an important exponent of Bay Area and West Coast rap, lesser known tha Snoop Dogg's Doggystyle, but just as important. Short can be seen as an importnat influence in rap since his influemce can be seen with artists as Snoop Dogg, Master P to Puff Daddy as he was one of the first to exploit the Mack Daddy Player image. ... 4-0 out of 5 stars Scarface is back!
I thought the album was o.k., but I was definitely expecting more. His last album, (The Diary) seemed so much more insightful and mature. This release, comes off as downright MORBID. In addition, if you are not a big 80's old skool rap fan, you may not enjoy it, because several of the songs REEK of it! In my opinion, the album was mediocre, compared to his other work. ... 5-0 out of 5 stars One Of The Best Hip Hop Albums Of All Time
This album is so innovative and precisely produced. With beats provided by Mozart Timadeas (my favorite producer), vocals by Magoo, Missy, Playa, Ginuwine, Aaliyah, this album is a 5 out of 5. At first listen you'll be like what the heck is this, but for sure after the first listen of the whole album you'll be hooked to it. From the first track to the last. You have hip hop and R&B throughout this entire album. When you listen to the album you will notice that they were ahead of their time. After listening to the album I thought, damn, "These cats were on some tight stuff back in '97", and indeed they were. I am telling you this is one of the most creative albums ever. There is a track on the album where Timbaland just talks over the beat and you actually rock to it. I love the whole album, but my favorite tracks are Luv 2 Luv U ( both versions ), Up Jumps The Boogie ( both versions ), Joy, Man Undercover, Clock Strikes. I am a true Timbaland fan, I am down with him and the whole click, holla at ya boy!

4-0 out of 5 stars Timbaland is a visionary!
I love the combination of Tim's deep, robot-ish voice and Magoo's higher, cartoon-character voice. With both of them, plus Missy and other guests, it never gets boring. The lyrical references are clever ("Help, I see a Beatle, Cool out, it's only Ringo") and sometimes obscure, which I like. And of course the beats are phenomenal! Tim is the master. It took me a while to realize this, as I'd heard "Clock Strikes" quite a bit without really paying close attention. But then I heard some other songs, notably "Luv 2 Luv U (Remix)", and I was hooked. It's just so smooth and catchy, yet quirky and totally unique. I think Timbaland is what people always say Puffy is -- a visionary producer whose style seems to have invaded the genre with all the imitators who have popped up after him. But unlike Puffy, Tim has this certain something that makes me want to listen to his stuff non-stop, even when it's sung by artists I previously had no interest in (e.g., Aaliyah). Plus, he's got his own style and charisma. Timbaland rules.

5-0 out of 5 stars [this]move is wrong...
Not only does this cd have beats, but magoo has some lyrics you cant mess with. Bomb flow, and the lyrical contect just cant be comprimised or compared. Up Jumps Da Boogie will always be one of my fav. songs of all time.

5-0 out of 5 stars A classic must-have for any CD collection
I have had this CD since it first came out in 1997 and it has never gotten boring! There are a multitude of songs that cover every aspect of hip-hop. There are faster, dance tracks and some slow ballads featuring Ginuwine and Aaliyah, with Missy on many tracks. My favs are the non remix version of Luv 2 Luv U, Man Undercover, Smoke in Da Air, and the Up Jumps the Boogie original and remix. Timbaland certainly knows how to work the rap game.

5-0 out of 5 stars We gon Show You How We Party
This joint bangs like naps. Like the words of Keith Murray "Make you nod ya head so much you need counseling". My brother had to pry my copy out of my hands. I Was going thru withdrawal and often got violent with people over this you know throwing stuff, fighting. I even went back into a burning house to get this. Ys get the point? This is so tight. The Beats are sensational all day everyday. Timbaland Really came with the heat this album. Some say Magoo is not a good rapper I say he dont have to be with Timbaland beats. Just look at Missy. You can pretty much say anything over these beats and it will be tight. You wont even pay attention to the lyrics cus you would have already broken ya neck. I only dislike one song and that is Joy. However my favorite songs are Luv 2 Luv u(both versions) Up Jumps Da Boogie( both versions), Clock Strikes ( both versions), smooke in da air, deep in yo memory, writtin rhymes, beep beep, Man undercover. This is THE album for beats timbaland makes the phat beats to ride to. A must have for essential exercise of the neck and shoulder muscles. A Masterpiece ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars The best alternative rock band France has ever produced
Listening to this CD (even on daily basis) is a real pleasure. Luke is one of those rock bands you can never get enough of. The mix between pure alternative rock, electronic sounds typical of new age music and even groups like "kraftwerk"(Germany) along with the wonderful clean and youthful voice of Thomas(the lead singer) make this a very unusual kind od alternative music. It is worth every penny since virtually all songs of this first CD by Luke are just a fantastic piece of art. It is French rock at a different level. worth listening over and over and over again since the superb quality of the sound and the ultra mega elevated style of it,makes it a real "jewel" ... 5-0 out of 5 stars mystikal is the best and my man.
MYSTIKAL IS THE BEST HE'S CAME A LONG WAY AND I'M SO GLAD HE LEFT MASTER STUPID P.MASTER P I DON'T LIKE YOU (YOUR WACK)MYSTIKAL IS FINE WHERE HE IS BEFORE I DIDN'T EVEN KNOW WHAT MYSTIKAL WAS TALKING ABOUT.BEFORE HE WAS LIKE BLAH BLAH BLAH AND NOW HE SAYS HE'S WORDS CLEAR AND THAT MAKES HIM THE BEST RAPPER OUT THERE.JAY-Z IS OKAY BUT MYSTIKAL COMES FIRST AND I LOVE YOU MYSTIKAL YOU GO BOY.

4-0 out of 5 stars Mystikal Best Work To Date
What makes this album so good is quite simply that you pay for a album by Mystikal and thats exaactly what you get unlike his last two efforts where almost every song contained guest rappers. Which is fine if your style is of rapping is straight foward but with Mystikal he is at his best when he has the whole track to himself and he is allowed to do his natural flow a perfect example of this is in the tracks Jump and Aint Gonna See Tomorrow where he shows the listners why he deserves much more limelight than he has received in the past .What also makes this album so good is that the beats come for a variety of producers so unlike his No Limit albums there is a real difference between the songs he even teams up with his producer from his first album Presice for a track .So without a doubt if you are a Mystikal fan this is a must have what makes this even more sweet is that by the end of the album you are left with the feeling that as a rapper he is still to reach his full potential and yet even if this album is not as good as he one day will do it still buries 90percent of the albums in the market these days

5-0 out of 5 stars Mystikal's Best
Mystikal has proven to us on this CD that he is No Limits Finest. His Up Tempo Beats, Ear Catchin Lyrics and Wild Style are just some of the things you will notice on his album. On this CD, Mystikal goes all out like on the Hot Summer Jam " Shake Ya A** " which is one of my favorite tracks on the Cd along with Danger(Been So Long), Jump, I Rock I Roll,Ain't Gonna See Tomorrow, Murderer III and Family. You Will Also notice that this album doesn't feature as many other artist as any of his past CD's. On This CD there's the song "Danger" which features Nivea and the song "Come See About Me" which feature Da Brat and Petey Pablo. As I said before this is Mystikal's best CD and if you buy it you will get more than your moneys worth.

5-0 out of 5 stars OUTSTANDING AS USUAL
ONCE AGAIN THE MAN I'VE BEEN ADMIRING, SINCE HE FELL OUT WITH U.N.L.V., HAS PUT OUT AN OFF THA CHAIN CD. MYSTIKAL IS BACK TO THE MYSTIKAL HE WAS BEFORE NO LIMIT AND I REALLY LOVE HIM FOR THAT. THERE WASN'T REALLY ANYTHING WRONG WITH MYSTIKAL WHILE HE WAS IN NO LIMIT, BUT GHETTO FABULOUS JUST WAS HIM. TRUTHFULLY I DIDN'T LIKE IT, BUT I BOUGHT AND I CHERISH IT JUST BECAUSE IT'S MYSTIKAL AND I LOVE HIM. THIS CD IS 100% MYSTIKAL AND IF YOU DON'T HAVE IT YOU SHOULD GET ASAP. IT'S SIMPLY OUTSTANDING!!! ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Silkk the Shocker is definetely making his own way.
Silkk the Shocker is doing his thing in the rap game. Many people say that he is following in the footsteps of his brother but, Shocker has taken his raps and made it main stream.I do believe Silkk will be the next Made Man in the entertainment industry. This CD proves he is versitile with his raps. Do not be suprised if you see Silkk in movies and on television. He might be the only TRU Ghetto rapper to give Will Smith and LL Cool J a run for their money. Now there is a concept.East,West adn the Dirty South all together in a movie. Deronnious R. Heidelberg BILOXI, MS.

5-0 out of 5 stars SILKK KICKS TOTAL BOOTAY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

5-0 out of 5 stars MADE MAN MADE FOR MAN AND WOMAN EVERYWHERE!
This album uses great beats to collect it's greatness. With stronger rhymes, you can tell that Sill the Shocker is a good rhymer. Every song on the C.D. reflects things that have happened in our world today. If you like this cd tou should check out Silkk the Shocker's "Charge it 2 Da Game" and TRU's "Da Crime Family".

5-0 out of 5 stars great album, i consider it a classic
great CD. i play this almsot on a daily basis. Itz very good. It has some songs i wanna skip sometimes but the songs that r good r way more than juz good, they're amazing, like "on top of the world" "All in my Mind" and therez more of course. now if u have liekd Eightball and MJG, yet again if u r a fan u gotta get it no matter what happens, but if u r a hip hop fan i dont suggest thiz 1 yet, if u r tryin 2 get into Eightball and MJG listen 2 some of their newer stuff.

5-0 out of 5 stars THEIR BEST ALBUM EVER!
Just get it. It's a classic album, no doubt, just like "Comin' Out Hard" and "On the Outside Looking In". On this one, they really get to the top. Perfect beats, rapping and lyrics. Ball & G are 2 of the realest rappers in the game, their talent is unlimitted and this album is a must-have, no doubt: it's got EVERTHING a good rap album should have.

5-0 out of 5 stars Crunk Classic
This album is great! The production is amazing on most of the songs, and the lyrics are non-stop. Most white kids on the east coast wouldn't buy this because of the ridiculous artwork, but you can't judge a CD by its cover! A classic crunked out album for those with game and respect for the pimpin'!

5-0 out of 5 stars Pimp In My Own Rhyme
This album is the definition of dirty south and Eightball and MJG's finest work to date. The production is hellatight on every track, wit its thick basslines pourin outta ya speakers. Eightball and MJG flow in tru dirty south style, non stop gangsta chronicles with clever rhymes. Of the two rappers, Eightball shines most with his laidback flow and amazing lyrics. Every joint is hot, but tracks 2-5,10-13 an 15 are the standout cuts. If you like ya hip-hop raw and pimped out, and like UGK, Scarface, 3 6 Mafia etc, you must buy this album, ya heard!

5-0 out of 5 stars 8ball & MJG biggest and realist fan
This Album is one of their best work ever. They are so real in what they do. Its many rappers that dont put love in the game but Ball and G they put love in it and never have and never will disappoint me. They dont get no props at all. Like Ball said on Lost "Aint Nothin Commercial About My Rhyme" what he mean is that he dont need the spotlight to prove himself well thats what i got out of it. When Ball and G solo albums came out those were the best albums i have heard in a while some people might think i'm crazy but so what. These people dont feel me Ball and G get me though the day, i have learned alot from them. I can go on and on but i'll be back to talk more. So all i'm sayin for the fake people out there is to wake up and realize who are the realist rappers in the game. ... Read more

It was released in 1988 and it was right away a huge success - in fact it was the first Bay Area rap album to sell a million copies (it sold more than a million, like many of Too Short's later albums). It is a real rap classic with Too $hort once again spitting nothing but mack game all over the album. Ask any true West Coast rap fan about songs like "I Ain't Trippin'", the classic cut "Don't Fight the Feeling", the hard hitting "Cusswords" or the pimp anthem "Pimp tha Hoe" and you'll see what I mean. The album is timeless. Never mind it's from about 13 years ago - it's tight every time I listen to it. Good music never really gets old.

5-0 out of 5 stars Anyone who listens to pimp-style rap, needs this album!
This is one of Short Dog's top three albums. It has some of the funkiest beats ever made. This was $hort's first album to go platinum, and definitely deserves it. The best song is "Cusswords"; He flows for seven minutes straight, over a thumping beat that stays in your head for a long time. Other great songs include "I Ain't Trippin'", "Don't Fight The Feelin'", "City of Dope", and "Pimp the Ho." The whole thing is off the hook, so get buy it.

5-0 out of 5 stars Life Is Too $hort
This Is A GREAT Album. It Is A CLASSIC, AND Has Some Of Too $hort's Best Songs Of All Time. The Beats are perfect, so are the lyrics. GREAT ALBUM.

4-0 out of 5 stars A real classic
This album may be played out for a few, but it is a necessary addition for any complete old school collection. Too $hort was a revolutionary for the gangsta rap movement and his beats are original. If you havn't heard this album, you are missing a key piece of Rap history. Many have taken ideas from this album and incorporated it into their works.

5-0 out of 5 stars It Takes Courage
Are you tired of the same old rap, rock, alternative, funk, heavy metal and those little paper things that go around a cup of coffee that are supposed to keep you from burning your fingers? Then you have got to get "Life Is...Too Short". Just 2 words: guaranteed awesome stuff! Look at the bargain. Forty-minutes of music just like their last album, which was just like the one before it. Not a hint of originality or inspiration - just awesome. Besides, I think that "sincerity" is way overrated.

I would like to examine the warp and woof of Mr. Too Short's biases. You see, I indubitably believe that there are deeper issues afoot here. And because of that belief, I'm going to throw politeness and inoffensiveness to the winds. In this review, I'm going to be as rude and crude as I know how, to reinforce the point that if we let "Life Is...Too Short" step on other people's toes, then greed, corruption, and racialism will characterize the government. Oppressive measures will be directed against citizens. And lies and deceit will be the stock and trade of the media and educational institutions. Taking that notion one step further, we can see that he would not hesitate to suppress controversy and debate if he felt he could benefit from doing so. Mr. Short practically breaks his arm patting himself on the back when he says, "It takes courage to go down into the muddy trenches and leave helpless citizens afraid in the streets, in their jobs, and even in their homes." As if that were something to be proud of. Okay, there's no reason for me to be illogical, so I'll leave you with this concept: I am merely pointing out what I have observed.

I must passionately disagree with all the negative comments. Open your ears. Buy "Life Is...Too Short". Wait a second - buy the CD first, then open your ears. You'll hear some awesome words and some GREAT music. I don't care if you're a Christian or a Republican, this music is for you. Your mom and dad might not like it, and some of the songs will chase the pets out of the house, but it's still fantastic. That's "Awesome" with a capital "A." If you can afford only one CD this year, I feel sorry for you, but get the BEST CD of the century. One day, the greatest hits from "Life Is...Too Short" will be put on the "Greatest Hits" album - all of them. Awesome. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Serv-on Got That Work
This is Serv-on's best CD yet. Think about it? Plus, he's not even with No Limit any more and tearin' things up on a Independent level. I feel that. Personally, I'd like to get a better understanding of the fallout between him and the tank though. The whole CD was Animalistic.

4-0 out of 5 stars Serv-on is tight
War Is Me: This CD is not bad like some of these people rank it. Some people don't like it because it has no no limit soldiers in it. You don't need the soldiers to make a good CD ask Mystikal. 2,6,7,13,17, are all five stars songs. I rank this one a four star. I think it could have been Serv-on best CD if he took his time on it. He had Da Next Level that came out in 1999 and his new one came out in May 2000. But still a good CD and its definitely worth buying.

1-0 out of 5 stars I don't like to hate but...
This Album bit quite hard, It dissapointed me greatly. Good luck in the future to serv. This one needs to go in the shredder though.

3-0 out of 5 stars Gangbanga Dawg
I think Kane & Abel da best gangsta rappers eva,I be like dere biggest fan prolly, but I gots to say, compared to their other albums,I was dissapointed with this one.First off,it only has a little bit of tracks, and there's not any gangsta rap,and most of the songs are soft and they ain't even tryin to come wit it. I think their best song on this album(Most Wanted), is Excurzions.3-0 out of 5 stars Kane and Able are back !!!!!!!!!!
Kane and Ables banging new c.d. This c.d aint all that bad but i still think that "Am I my brothers keeper" was the best one they ever dropped. I like "Shake it like a dog part 2" and thats about it. I would recommend this c.d to K.D from Woodbridge and people who like NO LIMIT. ... Read more

The twins will be out by january, more specifically mr.KoKane get out in november and Able will be out in january.Mostwantedempire taking over da country.

2-0 out of 5 stars They could do better than this..
Kane And abel frpm the bronx turned south? they seemed bored now maybe they should reinvent themselves,,, although nasty girl was pretty good production was very upto par and amazingly they did'nt sound like they were just rhyming to finish another worthless album, i think these guys have talent i could just tell {like mike tyson once a heavy hitter but now just a heavy misser} twinz get hungry again or hang it up surround your selfs with fresh talent that will inspire you both and push the envelope isn't that what gangsters are about taking risks start using your talent again...your small legacy is diminishing..save it or bounce before you embarass your self.. ... 4-0 out of 5 stars Another Great Album from Serv (written by the REAL D Parker)
This is probably Serv's greatest work yet (If not War is Me). Here's how I rated the songs on a scale of 1 to 5:
track 2- 1.5
track 3- 5 (This is a tight radio track! Somebody needs to put it on!)
track 4- 5
track 5- 4.5
track 6- 3
track 7- 4.5
track 8- 5 (Try to say he can't battle rap after THIS)
track 9- 5 (Probably my favorite song on the CD)
track 10- 2
track 11- 5
track 12- 3
track 13- 5
track 14- 2
track 15- 4
track 16- 4
track 17- 2.5
track 18- 4.5
track 19- 1 (Betta luck next time Reem)
track 20- 5 (Kappachino=TALENT. Anybody would notice after a listen to this track)
track 21- 4.5 (It seemed handicapped at first, but it grows on ya fast)
Averaging it up makes it a 4.1 star album, but there are enough good tracks to omit the bad ones. I strongly recommend getting this album. Truth is, all it needs to go platinum is some promotion- radio, BET, MTV, anything!

4-0 out of 5 stars Another great album from Serv-On!
This is an overall great album from Serv. The best songs are Gotta Get Dat, Tak-A-Sip. I Want Lose, Fakeboyz,Fakegirlz and Xtra-Hot. I recommend getting this album if you like South or Hardcore Rap.

4-0 out of 5 stars Another victim of the Marketing Beast
Such a shame that great cd's like this never get publicized like they should. I never even knew this existed until I happened to come across it in a store. It's a great cd, with tight production and the best lyrics I've heard from Serv-On in a while. I think the move off No Limit helped him refocus. I recommend picking this up on sight, as it is worth every penny. I especially liked the intro dedicated to the victims of 9/11.

5-0 out of 5 stars Outkast back to their roots
The 3rd single off "Stankonia", Outkast's multi-platinum release, "So Fresh, So Clean", was often shadowed by the chart sucess of their previous single, "Ms. Jackson". Not to say that "So Fresh, So Clean" is worse... I think Outkast went in the retro direction on this one, cuz it sounds like something off Southernplayalisticadillacmuzik, their first album. The beat in this one is outstanding - very southern indeed. Big Boi takes most of the spotlight in this one though... Andre doesn't do much rapping in this one. Sleepy Brown sings the hook in this one, making this a very smooth, and ill track. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Great Song. Great Message!
This song has a great message. Artists work hard on their music and deserve to make a profit off of sales. What I don't like are these new Copy-Protected CDS that protect from bootlegging onto CD-R. I do not approve of that because I know plenty of poor people who can not afford to buy a cd or leagl music download. I think that the copy portection should not be on these new CDS
