3-0 out of 5 stars Once You Think Of It...
Once you think of it, you'll notice that you've gotten gipped! I mean where's the "Son Of A Gun"(Remix)? The "Burnin' Up"(Remix)?
"Honey"(Remix)? I like this CD a lot but there are a lot of good remixes missing.

1.Intro- This is [not my favorite]! All he is doing is talking about the Jodeci remix. If it was such a great remix, why isn't it on here?! RATING:0

2.G.DEp, Ghostface Killah, Keith Murray and Craig Mack "Special Delivery"(Remix)- This is a great remix. I love the sounds they use to censor the song! Maybe a bit too many appearances, but I guess that's what remixes are all about. RATING:4.5

3.P.Diddy, Ginuwine, Loon, Mario Winans and Tammy Rugieri "I Need A Girl Pt.2"- I like this song, but it's been totally overplayed on the radio and on BET. I don't know why all of a sudden P.Diddy is netting up all these new female singers, but we all know Faith is still the best of them all. RATING:3.5

4. P.Diddy, Busta Rhymes and MOP "Bad Boy 4 Life"(Remix)-Doesn't live up to the original. Them screaming breaks your ear drums and ruins a perfectly good remix. RATING:3.5

5.P.Diddy, Usher and Loon "I Need A Girl Pt.1"- This is pretty good. RATING:4

6. The Remix Phenomenom (Interlude)- Don't get me started RATING:0

7.Ashanti, Notourious BIG "Unfoolish"- I'm sorry, but why does P.Diddy keep on making remixes and putting verses from BIG's already heard songs? I mean I know he misses him but he's in 3 of the album's remixes. Not 1 which would be just fine. I hate this rap .I fastfoward the rap everytime, not 2 mention this song's already on Ashanti's Cd. It's practically the same as the original.I give Ashanti credit 4 her great lyrics and amazing voice! RATING:2.5

8. 112, Beanie Siegel and Ludacris "Dance With Me"/"Peaches and Cream" (Remix)- I like the song "Dance With Me" but this only includes the rap. So therefore, I HATE IT! RATING:0

9.Mary J. Blige, P.Diddy "No More Drama"(Remix)- P.Diddy adds the cherry on top [of the bad] song cake! His rap is stupid! The lyrics are bogus (I feel/ better than I felt before...). Unlike most of the time you can't hear any pain in Mary's voice unlike the original. A wonderful masterpiece has been soiled property of P.Diddy. I guess it's listenable. I'm giving Mary credit by putting up with this [not very good] remix. The only reason I listen to this is because of the Queen. Plus this is already on Mary's special edition album.RATING:1

10.P.Diddy and Cherri Dennis "So Complete"(Remix)- Very good. Cherri has talent. RATING:4

11.Biggie, P.Diddy and Lil' Kim "Notourious BIG"(Remix)- Boastful now aren't we? The only part I like is the chorus and Lil' Kim's rap. RATING:3.5

12.P.Diddy, Black Rob, Missy Elliot, Snoop Dogg and G.DEp "That's Crazy"(Remix)- I like it. I love Missy's rap! RATING:4.5

13.Carl Thomas and Biggie (3rd time) "Woke Up In The Morning"(Remix)- This remix isn't even good to start with plus anothe BIG rap from some other one his songs= boring. RATING:1

14.Faith Evans and G.Dep "You Gets No LOve"(Remix)- The main reason I bought this. It's good, but I'd rather have the "Burnin' Up"(REmix). RATING:5

OVer all these are the best tracks:
Special Delivery
So Complete
Notourious BIG
That's Crazy
You gets no love
I Need A Girl pt.1
I Need A Girl pt.2

Don't get me wrong I can listen to this Cd straight through no skippin'. It's not what it has,it's what it doesn't have. Still most definitely worth the [price].

5-0 out of 5 stars Agree With Dominique (quit hating)

5-0 out of 5 stars Love Love Love
I love this song like most other Nas.I got into rap in 1999
but I actually know what real rap is.I loved this single back
then that is when I first saw the one named Nasty Nas Escobar.
As usuall he kills it Lyrically here he truly shines plus the
video for this album is one of the Best videos in Rap History
and this awesome song had Puffy on the Hook that made it gravy
Lyrics 10/10 Production 10/10 Overall 10/10

5-0 out of 5 stars NAS IS GREAT. I CAN SIT HEAR AND VIBE TO HIS MUSIC.
NAS DON'T HATE ME KNOW IS SO TIGHT. EVERYONE CAN FEEL HIM ON THAT ONE. PEOPLE IS ALWAYS GETTING HATED ON. SO THAT BECAME AN ANTHEM FOR A LOT OF PEOPLE. K-I-S-S-I-N-G IS ONE OF MY FAVS. THE REASON BEING IS BECAUSE I CAN RELATE TO IT. I CAN REMEMEBER BACK IN THE DAY WHEN ME AND MY FRIEND WAS IN THAT SAME SITUATION HE IS DESCRIBING. MOST OF THE TIME WHEN PEOPLE LISTEN TO MUSIC IT IS FOR THE LISTENING PLEASURE, BUT ALSO FOR THE RELATION OF THE SONG CONNECTED TO YOUR LIFE. IT CAN BE GOOD OR BAD. IT IS ALL UP TO THE INDIVIDUAL. BUT NAS GETS MY THUMBS UP.

5-0 out of 5 stars IT'S ESCOBAR

4-0 out of 5 stars Great remix, crap song
This just shows you that Trent Reznor can make any song damn good. The original song is pretty bad. I am not a fan of P. Diddy by any means. I believe he is the epitome of pop. With that aside, the remix is just amazing. Trent Reznor does an amazing job at making a crappy song sound awesome. I would give it 5 stars for the remix alone but you get the original on the single as well which hurts it. This single is a shining moment for Trent but doesn't do P. Diddy any justice.

2-0 out of 5 stars biggie and busta makes this song enjoyable
puffy's trying to hard to cash in still his verses [are weak], the beat [is weak] biggie smalls and busta ryhmes makes this tolerable.

5-0 out of 5 stars What's wrong with you people??
What on earth is wrong with you people? You either like it or you don't, but you give the song five stinkin' stars and then talk bad about it what's up with that? The song was raw but if ya'll don't think so then for heavens sake don't give it five stars you will mislead people that way. Personally I think that's Puff's best song. Peace. (This review is directed at the people who wrote the previous reviews.)

5-0 out of 5 stars 5 stars for Reznor...2 for Mr. Diddy
I bought this CD solely for the Nine Inch Nails remix, as I have never and will never be a fan of P. Puffy Diddy Puff whatever his name is...With that said...I can't imagine NIN did this for anything more than money they put to better uses, but the end result is a vast improvement over the track they were given to work with. The end result: an interesting direction for hip-hop to take, with industrial beats, synths, and guitars framing the vocals...it's been done before (by Ministry, Front Line Assembly, etc.), but is always interesting....

5-0 out of 5 stars Beutiful !

Harlem World describes a hedonistic lifestyle infomercialist Tom Vu would envy. Girls, riches, mo' money, mo' problems--it's all part of the game when you're Sean "Puffy" Combs's protégé, Mase. With his distinctive, narcoleptic vocals, Mase paints vivid pictures of singular Mase-ian problems on the dance-floor hits "Feel So Good," "Cheat On U," and "Wanna Hurt Mase?" Harlem World seems like a nice shiny package of proven hit making; problem is, Mase packs the charisma of Matt Dillon (always promising, but always the supporting actor). He has trouble keeping Harlem World interesting, hence the preponderance of guests, including Busta Rhymes, Lil' Kim, Jay-Z, Total, and Puffy, of course. Good news: the Puff Daddy chop shop is open for beat recycling, and Harlem World will ring more than a few bells of recognition. Not-so-good news: Puffy's style of commercial rap is dependent on charisma (see the Notorious B.I.G. and Lil' Kim), and Mase is running on empty. --Todd Inoue ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars The albums cool
The Harlem World album is cool. I love the Feel So Good song, and I'd have to say there isn't a single song on the album that I don't like. My absolute favorite songs are: "24 Hours To Live", "What You Want", "Cheat On You", "I Need To Be", "Jealous Guys (Because the song is funny... not to diss Puff and Mase, but them singing really is.. funny... he he)", "Wanna Act", "Wanna Hurt Mase?" and "Feel So Good". Maybe one small downfall is the fact that he only has one solo song on the album, but still, having a lot of other artists on the album is cool too. I definately recommend it to anyone.

Chill. I'm out.

2-0 out of 5 stars WEAK!
When I ordered the EDITED VERSION of HARLEM WORLD, I was excited to hear it. It was a good and appealing for the first week, and that was it.I don't listen to that cd much anymore because MASE couldn't rap well, the beats are so so, and the guest stars aren't that good. Also, if you compare the dirty version and the clean, there is a track missing off of the clean.

1-0 out of 5 stars Mase let me down
I got this album as a gift, and I was excited because I had already heard "feelin so good" and "lookin at me" When I put it on, I couldn't stand any song on there for more than a minute. I only like three songs on there, the two above and "what you want", and then that's only because Total drowns him out. I also noticed how conceited he is, like most rappers are. Then he throws in pointless interludes. And finishes his album with a PITIFUL attempt, trying to sing a slow song. There are lots of guests: Busta, Dmx, Puffy (of course), Lil' Kim, ect. Someone needs to tell Mase that collaborating with lots of artists DOES NOT guarantee success.

5-0 out of 5 stars I wish i could rate Mase 1,000,000,000,000,000,000 stars
I love him so much that one day we will get married and have some kids his music is the best i have heard so far Mase is a kind hearted person and i love him so much

5-0 out of 5 stars One of the best albums ever
I bought this CD after Mase came to the U.k and put out feel so good and tell me what you want. It is one of the best albums i've heard and i can't wait for the new stuff. All the playa haters out there hate him because they ain't him, they are just jealous of his skills, looks, his voice. Just give the album a chance and see what he really is about. 2-0 out of 5 stars P. Kilmos is right
All 10 of the songs come from Stone Cold Rhymin', and the CD doesn't even take the best 10 songs from the album. This CD is an absolute waste of money. Get Stone Cold Rhymin' instead.

3-0 out of 5 stars Do not buy this cd!
Do not buy this cd! Buy "Stone Cold Rhymin'" which is Young MC's other cd. They call this his "Greatest Hits" but the truth is, ALL of the songs on this disc are on ONE of his albums (Stone Cold Rhymin') go look for yourself! It doesn't make any sense at all! This Greatest Hits cd only has 10 tracks. Stone Cold Rhymin which originally came out in 1989, has ALL 10 of the tracks on here, plus another three. AND it's the ORIGINAL album with the ORIGINAL track order and artwork etc. I love Young MC. The man can TRULY rhyme. The only reason I gave this a rating of 3 and not 5, is to prevent anyone from buying it because Stone Cold Rhymin' is a MUCH better buy.

5-0 out of 5 stars Young MC is a Classic
Young MC is one of the greatest Rappers of all time, and one of the most educated rappers of all time. Young MC wen't to college at USC in Los Angeles, California. Young MC in his rap songz he uses some lyrics that are just amazing, he rhymes like no other has ever done, and he makes nice catchy beats. "Bust A Move" is his biggest hit ever, and his best song ever. In the song "Bust A move" Young MC makes a song that might be one of the greatest Hip-Hop songz of all time. He was also one of the first Black Man to ever be on the top of the charts, also Tone Loc. "my Name is young" is another one of Youngs greatest songs where he talks about who he is, and why his rap name is Young MC and that is cause his last name is Young and he also says that when he started he was Young (10 yrs Old) so they called him Young MC. "Principals Office" is one of his greatest songs ever Maybe his 2nd best. "I Come off" and "Non Stop" are some really nice flows and got nice rhymes and beats. Its ashame that Young MC couldnt make more cd'z and more hits cause if he did i think he would still be around for today. I sugesst if ya dont got this cd youz gotta get it cause your missin out on some of the best rap ever and his name is YOUNG MC.

4-0 out of 5 stars Great Start-Up for Hip-Hop
The music contained on this CD has a high quality of what hip-hop really is. The beat and rhythm of Yound MC's lyrics are exceptional. This is the perfect example of what hip-hop was started to be. It's only a shame that Young MC didn't keep the beats flowing. The lyrics and catchy and keep themselves echoing through your head without all of the profanity found in a lot of today's music.

3-0 out of 5 stars Got some good dance tunes
Young MC busts out with his greatest hits album. Unfortunately, many people have never heard anything by Young, but the mainstream missed out on a very talented rapper. Mostly old school and, what is by todays standards, considered soft, Young brings a contagious flow with very upbeat backgrounds. Definetly recommend, and its cheap and has a a typical party song, Busta Move, which is still frequenting dance floors all over. LATEĀ® ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars P.DIDDY THE BEST THERE IS! (a hockey player from Illinois)
P.Diddy has out done himself this time. After his latest hit Diddy I went and bought the CD. All the songs are really good but the best ones are bad boy for life, that's crazy, let's get it, Diddy, blast off,and the saga continues. Also there's can't believe by faith evens. G.Dep and Black Rob are also great on this Cd. You've got to get this CD. Damn this Cd won't let you down. Go out and cop it. Big ups to the bad boy family.

4-0 out of 5 stars Finally a fun Rap CD
P. Diddy claims that this CD was inspired by spending time with his son and simply recording music for fun without the drama of today's world. This idea seems to pay off well with the album just seeming fun and carefree lacking the heavy political messages and constant talk of murder and drugs that are the norm. This is the kind of music to pop in your car stereo and listen to with friends. The tunes are catchy but not overly powering. P. Diddy raps phenominally with the help of many guest rappers and some very talented unknown artists. The bottom line is that if your looking for a fun rap cd-this one's for you. P Diddy's back!

2-0 out of 5 stars P Diddy ...
This album is bad. The only good song was bad boy for life, and it was still kinda stupid. You get a lot of tracks for u buck but they're all useless, especialy if u have the clean version. Skip this [guy] altogether and get some real rap.

2-0 out of 5 stars P.
P.DIDDY HAS TOTALLY LOST WHAT LITTLE RESPECT I HAD LEFT FROM THE NOTORIOUS B.I.G DAYS AFTER LISTENING TO THIS HEAP OF DIDDY!!THE ONLY REASON I EVEN GAVE IT 2 STARS IS BECAUSE BLACK ROB SHINES ON EVERY TRACK HE IS ON AND G-DEP SOUNDS LIKE HE HAS PROMISE BUT AS FOR MR COMBS I THINK HE SHOULD JUST STICK TO THE "BAD BOY" AND "I THOUGHT I TOLD U THAT WE WON'T STOP" AD-LIBS THAT MADE BAD BOY THE LABEL THAT IT IS TODAY.SORRY DIDDY BUT THE SAGA ENDS NOW!

5-0 out of 5 stars We won't stop!
It's dope, just dope! P. Diddy did a great job again! He showed the world that he's still the best producer, the best entertainer and the best businessman! Every track is hot, he got tracks about everything: party, money, love, haters, gangsters, etc.! It's exactly what every real Playa and Bad Boy needs! The Saga Continues... ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars A Really Good Song
This is one of the best songs. It's kind of like "Fallin" by Alicia Keys so if you liked that song then you will love this one.
It's kinda slow but not too slow and the chorus is one that stays in your head for awhile.

AMANDA PEREZ HAS A DIFFERENT KIND OF WAY IN SINGING HER SONGS AS WELL AS THE WRITING OF THE SONGS. NO OTHER ARTIST THAT I HAVE HEARD HAS A DEEP CONNECTION OF EXPRESSING HER FEELINGS. IT SEEMS LIKE SHE IS FEELING EACH AND EVERY WORD THAT COMES FROM HER HEART AND OUT OF HER VOICE. SHE IS EXCELLENT. I DO NOT KNOW WHY SHE IS NOT OUT THERE LIKE ANY OF THE OTHER ARTIST, BECAUSE SHE IS THE BEST OF THE BEST AND I WOULD LOVE TO SING BACK UP FOR HER ONE OF THESE DAYS.

5-0 out of 5 stars NEVER
"Never" is the best song that I have heard in a long time. If you have broke up with someone that you love, you can relate to the message. The contents of this song is so meaningful that it made me cry the first time I heard it. My boyfriend had just broke up with me. Hearing "Never" made me realize alot. "I am sorry for all who don't understand this song".

5-0 out of 5 stars GREAT!
I love this song. It is slow and mellow and you can't help but to want to know who the artist is and who is the mastermind behind it. I like this song, and to me it is the best song on her album. If I were you I would just by the single. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Rawk
Young MC has done it again.

Another great CD from him. A must own for any fan of Young MCs work.

3-0 out of 5 stars Young MC makes ripples with return
Young MC, the man who gave you the hugely selling album "Stone Cold Rhymin'" (which, nearly 10 years after it's release, still out-sells any other YMC release) officially flopped in 1993, after his third album, "What's The Flavor?" fell flat. Four years later, in 1997, he returns on an independent L.A. label, Overall Records, and does a good job. The lyrics are your usual innocent tounge in cheek variety, although they rarely range from the topic of love and relationships (which, is unheard of in rap, and albums like this prove that point) and his attempts with dirty talk sound silly and lame. With that said, it's still witty stuff, which is what Young made his name off of in the first place. His lyrical deliveries are as smooth as ever. And the production work, which was done almost entirely by Young, is painfully simple, but at the same time very funky and catchy. Bottom line: this is your average fluff CD, but not in the same sense of somethin! ! g by, for example, the Spice Girls, because Young does have some depth. Just pop in the CD and groove to the funky tunes. Don't try to listen to hard to this CD, or you'll be dissapointed. It's not that great, but it's a more honest and heartfelt effort than half of the other rap albums out today, and Young deserves a better fate. ... Read more

4-0 out of 5 stars Worth Picking Up
If you like 'Gone 'Til November' and don't already own 'The Carnival', you should definitely pick up the full-length album. If you already have the full length this single is a great bonus as it includes the 'Makin' Runs' remix of GTN which is just as good if not better than the version on the LP. ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars DA BOMB!!
This track is HOT!! H-O-T, hot!!! The lyrics are funny but also emotional!! This is Will in his best song yet!! Trey, you got a great song made for you!!

WILL SMITH!!! ***** 5 stars!!

4-0 out of 5 stars It's a really cool song.
I like how Will Smith talks about his son. It is a good kind of rap, sort of like a lullaby, but not.

5-0 out of 5 stars Amazing stuff from Will Smith!
I had heard the song many times from Grover Washington Jr. and Will Withers, always loved it. One day i caught the music video by Will Smith, and was blown away. I have a 3 yr. old, and I have never heard anyone express his/her love any better for a child. Will's version brings tears to my eyes.

Now an idea: Will, why don't you record a CD with rappy-hip/hop tunes for children? I'm sure it would be a hit.

Is Will Smith an important rapper? The kind that deserves the awards, the honors, the accolades that the music industry foists upon him? Well, no. The words corny and safe might be applicable when describing the artist formerly known as the Fresh Prince. But dig this: corny and safe as he may be, why can't you stop singing "Getting Jiggy wit It" or why does your child love "Just the Two of Us," Smith's shameless ode to dads and their kids? Probably because Smith is nothing if not sincere. Yes, the tracks are obvious and leaden, and, no, Method Man won't have any sleepless nights when Smith lets loose with a rhyme. But give him this: Smith comes from the culture, even if he long ago left the streets. --Amy Linden ... Read more

5-0 out of 5 stars Universally appealing.
Okay, I'm an almost-40 white guy in the Heartland. My idea of great music runs from Talking Heads and Elvis Costello to Blue Oyster Cult and Alice Cooper. What do I think of "Big Willie Style"? Well, I agree with corny ("Candy"). I agree with safe ("I loved you"). And I agree very strongly with sincere ("Just the 2 of us"). I've got a 5-year old son. I get a lump in my throat when I hear that song, because it is REAL. The most important thing is that it's just plain fun. I get teased for listening to it, but I can't help it--it's addictive. Good, clean fun. I can't relate to poppin' a cap in some gangsta, but I can enjoy rap. Some of Will's messages hit home (you don't need to be a movie star to appreciate the advice in "Don't say nothin'"), but all his raps are fun! Now if you'll excuse me, I think I'll go get jiggy wit it.

5-0 out of 5 stars Will Smith makes his triumphant return to rap as Big Willie!
In Big Willie Style rapper Will Smith made his big return to music. He made 4 albums with his DJ and partner Jazzy Jeff who provides the scratches and even sings a little bit with Will in Y'All Know. In his song Candy he makes a clever verse where he speaks to the lady he loves by saying different names of candies. In Don't Say Nothin' Smith speaks out to everyone a little upset. He also seems to try and clear his name is some bad situations the public and Media put him in. In his hit single Just the Two of Us Smith turns softer by singing of his part of life of being a father to his first son Trey. That song won Smith some Grammies and some MTV Music Awards. In Miami he talks about a different place in the world aside from Philadelphia, his home town, New York and Los Angeles. Also in the album is the main theme for Smith's 1997 smash hit Men In Black. Talking about how popular he is as a rapper this album is marked as his return to rap. Maybe Smith would let the fans down. Maybe the album just might not be as good. That's not the case. This CD is a must by to everybody. It's a very good album with some awesome tracks. Pick it up today.

4-0 out of 5 stars Some Pop rap Will Smith style

1-0 out of 5 stars Bubble Gum Rap
I am not hating on the guy. Will Smith is a very successful in the entertainment industry. But his rap style is really not to MY liking. I gave him a chance back in the day of "Nightmare on My Street." I liked him then, but I have "grown" out of his type of music and lyrics. I like him much better as an actor.

5-0 out of 5 stars EXCELLENT
You know, all you stupid hip-hop fans who bag on Will Smith just because he wasn't generic enough for you are idiots. Just because he didn't cuss or have next to naked women in his videos people bag on him. Just because he doesn't sing about being a "gangster" or having "bling-bling" people bag on him. Yeah, he was a pretty much a pop artist, but a damn good one at that. His music had personality. "Gettin Jiggy Wit It" is a classic. So go sit in a corner and blast your "Fiddy Cent" and "Jigga" crap with the bass all the way up. ... Read more

These are the things you need to know about Double Up, Mase's sophomore effort. "Stay Out of My Way" samples Madonna and Public Enemy; "Get Ready" rides a interpolation of Shalamar's "Night to Remember" (though curiously nothing is heard from the Temptations' classic "Get Ready"); "Make Me Cry" samples Fleetwood Mac and Natalie Cole. And so on. Yeah baby, Puff Daddy taught his protégé well. Like his mentor, Mase is not a preposessing rapper, and his monotone can become rather wearying since he rarely changes cadences. His rhymes are pedestrian at best--he rhymes "Lewinsky" with "convince me," but he's not talking politics.Still, this is a good party or hip-hop dance-class album; the production is razor sharp and the samples are well chosen. Unlike most hip-hop that demands to be foreground, Mase makes music that is perfectly content to be pleasant, lightly funky background music.--Martin Johnson ... Read more

3-0 out of 5 stars not nearly as good as old cd
I was kind of disapointed because I expected more good songs. He had alot of good songs on his first album and only about two on this album. I also think he was better off quitting because most rappers are alot better then him.

2-0 out of 5 stars Very dissappointed
I loved Harlem world. I llistened to the album every day. I was so excited to get doubble up then I listened to it and was very dissapionted. I know mase can do better. I wonder if I should have gotten the regular version and not the edited. I possibly could have gotten a better experence. Anyway, I gave this CD 2 stars insted of one because Mase is a cutie.

4-0 out of 5 stars Sophmore attemp more lackluster then blockbuster
Straight out, Ma$e's first joint was off da hook. Several smash hit singles sent the album triple platinum. Unfortunately, with the surprising retirement of Bad Boy's pretty boy gone hard, the lack of promotion will keep most from listening to party-rockin' tracks like "Do It Again" w/ Puffy and "Stay Out of My Way" w/ Total. Although his joint w/ Puffy is tight (tighter then "Get Ready," even), Ma$e doesn't touch on the hotness of "Feel So Good" anywhere on this album. Bottom line : If you're a Ma$e fan you can't miss it, and if you're a hip hop fan, then pick it up as a tribute to what seems to be the last from Ma$e... but let's hope he get's back into the game!

4-0 out of 5 stars Make some more albums!
Please pick more features for your songs.Other than that you are a great rapper.
