This CD is totally not for me
Most of the sound effects are not good....not as the title decribed. I feel that I waste my money.

Very useful cd
This cd is the best. I work in Perú on a very big tv. channel and I always use it to make new videos. I love it, the sound of the effects are very good. Very high quality, and USEABLE.
I've purchased many CD sound effect collections over the past few years. Overall I would characterize them all as either poor recordings(with lots of white noise in the backgound), or cheesy clips created on a cheap computer that sound nothing like the sounds they claim to represent.

This CD however, delivers. The recordings are of very high quality, and are separated into very useable clips. There are also short blurbs that show you how the studio used the sounds. And there are also a few answering machine messages and birthday greetings thrown in.

This is a great compillation guarranteed to spruce up your home movie! I recommend it wholeheartedly.

Plain fun!!!
This CD is plain fun from beginning till the end. You don't get songs but only sound fx from the Hanna Barbera cartoons. Also, you have some spoken phrases from some Hanna Barbera characters for using on your answering machine, PC, home movies, etc.

nostalgic, hilarious and actually useful
These are extremely crisp and clean sounds and immediately recognizabel as being from Hanna-Barbera. Some of the really short sound effects are perftect for digitizing into effects sounds for either Windows or Macintosh theme sounds or to add into a fun flash movie you're creating. The possibilities are endless when used sparingly and in the right places. This is not a CD that you just pop in your stereo and listen to beginning to end... you can do it once, but that's about it! But it's a fabulous resource for impressing a visual with a sound. If you're mixing flash movies, creating Director presentations or just making Windows/Mac themes, I highly recommend this disc for the high quality. Note that the CD is marked "NOT FOR COMMERCIAL USE, " so you can't be using these sounds for profit, but you can for artistic expression. :-) ... Read more

Great Compilation
You will either like this CD or hate it! No middle ratings. In other words, know what you are looking for. This is a great compilation of classical erotic music from movies like Emmanuelle. If you enjoy sex, this CD is for you!

In a word, YUCK !
This CD contains a bunch of low quality music dubbed with faked, exaggerated woman's "sigh's". When both were combined, it sounded so yucky. You will not want to listen to this CD with your truely loving partner. Maybe with a prostitute or something, if you have a distateful sense of musicality. I cannot believe that Amazon sells this kind of stuff.

Sexy music
I can remember many times in my life searching for a cd suitable to make atmosphere during a romantic dinner, or after that. This is the ideal cd for such special events... Nice CD
After listening to Drew's Famous Halloween Party Music, I found some of the songs to be good, I especially enjoyed the Monster Mash cut.

Get the real music
Although the versions on this CD are similar to the originals, they remind me of those simple mono midi files of old. The music on this CD is karaoke-like, in that the background beat is weak. Some songs are decent, like Monster Mash and Twilight Zone, but just get the originals, not these satisfactory reproductions.

Disappointing Album
I picked this record up thinking..Wow!...then I got it home and played and...well, put it this way I have heard Wedding bands perform these songs closer to the originals than on this record. Very, very, very disappointing!

DON"T EVEN GO THERE
I bought this CD at a Dollar Store and it is the biggest waste of money I have ever seen. It is a poor collection of what the artist considers music. I am very dissapointed.
