German Dance/Pop Group Better Than Ever
In my opinion, You have not heard GREAT music, until you've listened to BAD BOYS BLUE. Since the mid 80s they (and MODERN TALKING) have been bringing us GREAT pop/dance music.

Bad Boys Blue songs tend to touch your heart and your feet, and stay with you FOREVER. Their past hits, such as "You're a Woman", "Pretty Young Girl", "A World Without You (Michelle)", "Come Back and Stay" and many many others are TRUE MUSIC MATERPIECES.

"TONITE" is the LATEST, and probably the BEST BBB album. I think, the best song on this album is "Heaven Must be Missing You", it is a DANCE LOVE SONG wiht great BEAT and ASTONISHING MELODY.

"Wating For Tonight" is GREAT, and similar to Jennifer Lopez's "Waiting for Tonight".
"SOS", "You Take Me to the Light" and "Somewhere in My Heart" are Hi NRG Eurodance marvels.
"Close Your Eyes" is, well, simply EXTRAORDINARY COMPOSITION.
"I'll Be Good" and "Do What You Do" are very CATCHY DANCE/POP songs.

All songs on this album are AWESOME. Combination of great EUROBEATS and MELODIES.

If you have never heard of these guys, this album is a GREAT Introduction, if you have, you will LOVE them even more.

Give this album a try. I promise, You will NOT regret it. Also check out other BBB albums as well as MODERN TALKING albums.

Nice surprise from BBB
Bad Boys Blue made this album pretty well. All songs are in Bad Boys Blue style - greate dance melodies and love lyrics.

Great album!
There are so many great tracks on this album. My favorites are: "somewhere in my heart", "i'll be good", "waiting for tonight", "close your eyes". They have classic BBB sounds in them. Buy it!!!

Very nice!
It's amazing that after 17 years this band keeps delivering great dance sound. The songs have the classic hi-nrg beat of the 80's combined with the sound of 90's. I absolutely love this album, it's loaded with hits, not with just 1 or 2 like most cds by most artists out there. If you are a eurodance fan, you have to get this one, you won't regret it.

Much Bettter
Ive been a bad boys blue fan since the early 80's. Lately thier albums have been good, very good but not GREAT! Well this album puts them right back on track. What a GREAT CD! My favorite song is "In the name of love" but there are so many to choose from on this cd. The only songs i dont like are the last 2 which are rap mixes, personally i hate rap. but 12 out of 14 songs are fantastic. ... Read more

Energy Side is taking off. House Side is stayin home
Jose Melendez is one of the hottest DJ's in the San Francisco Bay Area. He has a hyped sense on what people want to hear. This albulm is part of the variety of flavors which makes the club scene in the "western gate." The Energy side seems to start and remain the high point of the music at the time of creation. It'll have you in that upbeat mood through the whole set. The House side is a little different however. It still offers the same variety but it wasn't put together well enough. There were other high energy songs that would have filled the entire CD. So the shift into the house side reminded me to feed my "dog...house" ;) Otherwise the CD is a great item to have if you are considering to party SF (Jose) style.

This CD is PHAT!!
Jose Melendez is the BEST DJ on the west coast. This DJ knows what the word "mixing" really means! Not any of that crap those other guys TRY to do, and lose the beat every time, playin with their Dennon CD players. skip ski,.....skip skip. ... Read more

List could have been better
Well, it's a decent CD. I recommend tracks 1,3,6,8, and 10. But never have been a big fan of Lil Suzy. And I agree with oriental. Nocera had an exagerrated spanish accent and thus ruined the song. Cynthia and Monet are the only true old school here. And Tiana is a strong second. But the rest is average or subpar. There are far better compilations then this.

a few great tracks
my personal favorite on this album would be the first track labeled "first true love" this cd sounds great in your car and because i am an import racng fool...8) it sortah "hypes" u up and gets u excited. i dunno...its just the un-explainable energy a good freestyle album gives u. but not all of the tracks were that good. "summertime" the song is cool... but the artist who sings this one i believe is the original singer and she has a thick spanish accent... i prefer the other version my self.... but its pretty good tho over all. ... Titled tracks are amazing.

The Best Mix Tape on CD
If you haven't purchased this CD then your missing a great Freestyle Mix CD. This is how the Mixtress tears up those three turntables. The song selections are great and the mixes are terrific. A Freestyle Favourite
This album "Cynthia 2" is just as good as her self titled debut album. All the tracks on this cd rock but the biggest hit single from this set is "Dreamboy/Dreamgirl" feat. Johnny O. Foundation of Latin Hip-Hop: FREESTYLE
If you don't know what freestyle music really is? I suggest you must buy this CD. It not only contains the song "Planet Rock" that basically is one of the founding beats of Freestyle music but has alot of old school beats as well. A Collage of Mediocrity !!
If you're looking for old freestyle songs that bring back memories of the short-lived Freestyle/Latin Hip-hop era, than this is the perfect c.d. for you. "I'll Be Loving You", "Gangster of Love", "Diana" and "Tell Me Boy/Tell Me Girl" were all popular hits in that scene. From a musical perspective, the songs are all similar, cookie-cutter "Planet Rock" knockoffs with trite lovey-dovey vocals set in minor with similar, very simple chord progressions. "Cheap Thrills" and "From Here To Eternity" are perfect examples of producer Adam Marano's attempted compensation for creativity with weirdness. I don't know why they call this "freestyle", when it is anything but that.

Awesome CD for All Who Love Freestyle Music
Overall, I would say that this CD is great although I wish there were fewer mixes and more songs. The only songs that I thought were mediocre are "Gangster of Love" and "Angel". Track 7, "From Here to Eternity" I'm totally confused. Is it supposed to be an instrumental song only because I can't hear the lyrics. If you like this album, you'll love their Chapter II album as well which doesn't have any mixes.

Free Style Has Never Heard Such MAGIC!
Amazing as it seems, rock and pop are not the only kinds of music. Free-style is also on the rise. Collage has brought this genre up at least one more knotch. The songs on this disc have a way of transfixing one's heart and sole like a sharp infinite needle. If you want to hear real free-style, purchase to this CD!

Another great freestyle collection
This 2nd volume of freestyle hits contains some great stuff. You get early freestyle such as "Yo little Brother" as well as some later hits. My only gripe is that they aren't full 12" extended versions. Highly recommended!

These 3 guys are great. I know Stefan (the lead singer) personally because he is actually married to my sister... I don't know Mike or Jose, but I do know that they were great singers and it sucks that they broke up. We miss you Jose!
